Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry in hot oil, add a little water and let it simmer. Preheat the oven. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into quarters or thick slices. Place in a greased pan and season with salt, pepper, coriander and paprika. Add the cooked onion and enough water to cover the potatoes. Place in the hot oven and leave for ½ hour. Drizzle with the sauce from the pan from time to time and when they are almost done add the finely chopped greens. Serve hot, with pickles.
