Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tomato, cut in half, seeds removed and juice drained
- 1 finely chopped green onion
- 1 clove of crushed garlic (optional)
- 1 chopped chili pepper
- salt, pepper
- chopped coriander and parsley
Preparation method
Scoop out the avocado pulp with a spoon and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice and mash with a fork. Add the diced tomato, chili pepper, onion, garlic and herbs. Season with salt and pepper . Dip the avocado pits in the mixture, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Serve with thin slices of toast.
