Ingredients:
- For the dough: 100 g butter, 100 g powdered sugar, 1 egg, 250 g flour, 1 pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence;
- For the filling: 600 g grated pumpkin, 170 ml milk, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
Preparation method:
- For the crust: mix the sugar with the butter until a homogeneous composition is obtained. Add the egg and mix until incorporated. Add the vanilla essence, flour and a pinch of salt. Make a dough that is kneaded until it becomes compact and no longer sticks to your hands. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then spread it in a tart pan, in a medium layer and prick with a fork here and there. Cover with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes.
- For the filling: Boil the grated pumpkin until soft and then drain in a sieve. Blend with the blender in which we have added the butter, maple syrup, milk, cinnamon and sugar. Mix the composition with 2 eggs and pour over the dough. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar sprinkled over the tart. Cut when cold.
