A 36-year-old man from Beclean was arrested on November 8 by police officers with a warrant issued by the judicial authorities in Italy for the crime of concealment. The man was presented to the prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Brașov Court of Appeal, who ordered his detention for 24 hours and his placement in the Detention and Preventive Arrest Center of the Brașov IPJ. Subsequently, the person was presented by the prosecutor before the judge of the Brașov Court of Appeal, who ordered his provisional arrest for 15 days.
