Labor inspectors applied fines, during October, following inspections, totaling 265,500 lei for irregularities found in the field of labor relations and occupational health and safety at companies operating in Brașov County.
- To prevent undeclared work, inspectors carried out 149 checks, detecting 12 people who were carrying out activities without legal forms of employment. Eight employers were sanctioned with fines totaling 140,000 lei. Regarding compliance with the provisions of GD 905/2017 on the completion and submission of REVISAL, 151 checks were carried out, applying three fines totaling 13,000 lei.
- In the field of occupational health and safety, inspectors carried out 56 inspections, sanctioning 23 employers with fines totaling 49,500 lei, and warnings were issued to another 20 employers.
