A man from Cincu was arrested due to the scandal he caused and the assault on a woman.
- ” Following the notification received, the police officers went shortly to the indicated address, where they identified a 25-year-old man who, following some contradictory discussions, had allegedly acted violently towards a woman and had threatened her life and the people around her, thus creating a state of fear in them. As a result of what was found, the identified man was taken to the police headquarters, where, after hearings and based on the evidence administered within the criminal file, the aggressor was detained for a period of 24 hours, being placed in the Detention and Preventive Arrest Center within the Brașov IPJ. Following this measure, the detained person was presented before the case prosecutor, who ordered another, higher preventive measure on the man’s behalf ,” the Brașov IJP announced.
