ingredients
1 green salad
2 tomatoes
150g of bacon
1/2 cup canned corn
2-3 eggs, boiled
1 medium avocado
1 onion
1 red onion
Dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove of crushed garlic
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt, pepper
The ingredients are mixed and then poured over the salad.
Preparation method
Hard boil the eggs and cut into cubes. Cut the bacon into thin slices and fry in a pan (without oil) until golden brown and crispy. Leave to cool and drain the excess fat on kitchen paper. Dice the tomatoes, avocado and onion. Place the lettuce leaves in a bowl with the dressing and mix. Arrange a bed of lettuce leaves on a plate, then arrange the onion, bacon, corn, tomatoes, eggs and avocado in neat rows on top. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
