Ingredients:
- 400 g pleurotus mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 onions
- 3 carrots
- 1 parsnip
- 2 peppers

- tomato juice
- borscht
Preparation method
Peel the onion, carrot, parsnip, pepper, chop and boil with a pinch of salt and a little oil. Let the vegetables boil at the right heat, then add the washed and finely chopped mushrooms. After 30 minutes, add the tomato juice, then the borscht, to taste. Salt to taste, and finally add the chopped lovage. It can be thickened with sour cream and egg, thus obtaining a false belly soup.
