A 30-year-old woman from Vulcan was murdered by her partner on the night of October 14-15. The aggressor, a 40-year-old man, in their shared home, took a knife and hit the woman. The defendant had also committed acts of violence, robberies, thefts, including an attempted murder committed in 2005.
- „On 15.10.2025, the prosecutor from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Brașov Tribunal ordered the initiation of criminal proceedings and the detention for a period of 24 hours against a person investigated for committing the crime of domestic violence in the form of aggravated murder. Also, a proposal for preventive arrest for a period of 30 days was made against the defendant, and the judge of rights and freedoms from the Brașov Tribunal admitted the proposal ,” announced the prosecutor from the Brașov Tribunal.
