Reţeta săptămînii: Crap la cuptor

  •   1 carp
  •   1 kg. mushrooms
  •   1 lemon
  •  500 ml. tomato juice
  •   salt, pepper
  •   1 teaspoon thyme
  •   50 g olives
  •   3 tablespoons oil.

 Preparation method

Clean the fish, cut it into portions and place it in the pan that has been oiled. Then add the mushrooms, pour in the tomato juice, sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper. Place lemon slices and olives on top and place in the oven. Leave in the oven until the fish is well-marbled and the liquid in the pan has reduced and a consistent sauce has been obtained. Serve hot with polenta.
